Vision

The vision of the AOSK-JP Commission is the attainment of a just and peaceful society, reflecting the reign of God, in which the dignity of the human person is reverenced and the interconnectedness of creation is recognized and respected by all.

Mission

Guided and challenged by biblical values, the Social Teaching of the Church and the desire to bring about the reign of God in our world, the AOSK-JP Commission is missioned to create awareness of the dignity of the human person, to promote a safe and healthy environment, to uphold Human Rights and Freedoms and to encourage the exercise of personal responsibility in order to bring about a more just and peaceful society.

Mission Statement

Moved by the loving concern of God for suffering people 'I heard my people cry' (Ex 3:7) the AOSK_JP Commission resolves to respond to the cry of people suffering and afflicted, through various forms of injustice.
